0 -2 Years Exp - Any Degree - Product Associate / Student Counselor - Hyderabad

Immediate requirement for the position of Product Associate / Student Counselor for one of our clients. Below are the details:

Mandatory: Excellent Communication Skills in English (Female candidates are preferred)

Job Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur)

Salary: 15k-20k Per Month

Education: UG – Any Graduate-Any Specialization

Experience: 0 -2 Years

Main Responsibilities:

· Respond to inquiries about the course from prospective and incoming students and by phone, email, and in-person
· Establish understanding of and is able to assist prospective students with issues relating to course structure, and procedures.
· Support all administrative functions, program registration, preparation and logistics
· Become familiar with program registration process and answer questions as needed
· Responding to enquiries from companies and prospective candidates with regards to placements
· Should be efficient in multi-tasking
· Fluent in English and any one of the languages (Hindi, Telugu)
